I have Meguiar's clay bar, and I'm assuming it will do the same as the Zaino one? Or do I need to specifically buy that one...

Clay bar is he best to use. Then you have to make sure its waxed or sealed well.If a spot keeps reoccurring, that means the tiny particle is still imbedded in the paint.

It's tough to say for sure what the build up is. It could be rail dust, tar, industrial fallout, road grime, etc. Regardless I would probably try cleaning it with a degreaser or a clay bar for my first step. A light degreaser like the P21S Total Auto Wash will help loosen some stubborn debris during the washing process. A clay bar is also a great option because they help deep clean the paint. If that doesn't work maybe try a stronger a product like the Stoner Tarminator. If you have any other questions please let me know.

Thanks for all of the help, I really appreciate it!
I will update everyone with what works. I am going to try the claybar first, and then see what happens.
It may be a week or two before I can update, it has been raining like cats and dogs!
