Default Inside the exhaust tip

The inside of my hks tips are greasy and black. What can i use to get it clean and shiny. I tried my mags aluminum polish on it, but it didn't work, neither did soap and water. Can anyone recommend a good product to get it clean again?

Photo above with 55,800 miles on exhaust. I borrowed a can of Servaas Laboratories Copper Glow (Servaas Laboratories 40412) from my moms kitchen several years ago. Never have gone back to a dedicated auto exhaust polish for the inside of the tip.

Wow thats shiny. Is it safe to use though? It looks pretty scuffed/scratched from the substance you used, is that true?

Maybe scratched is a bit of an exaggeration. But it doesnt look too smooth. It kinda looks like when you use steel wool on metal. Just wondering if thats true.

Sorry.
I exhausted other options before resorting to scouring powder.
