What kind of swirl remover do you guys use before using crystal guard??? (3m, Meguiars, etc...) Also, after using any swirl/scratch remover do you need to wash the car off again before using CG quick or just wet the car and apply CG over it?

 

I like 3M Swirl Mark Remover part number 39009, I would always want to wash the car after use of such a product like this so as not to mix what is left over on the paint of the 3M with my new wax or polish product.

 

Thanks. I was also wondering if it's safe to use the 3m rubbing compound fine cut?
