Default Swirl Marks Removal?

I have had my super black z for about a year now, and noticed a LOT of swirl marks, it's crazy!

What is the best wax or product to use to make it unnoticable, or somehow correct the swirl marks? Thanks guys

you should use one of the complete processes by Zymol; you should give special consideration to their estate waxes. It drains the pocket a little but its all worth it. www.zymol.com

The Z-5 will gradually fill in the swirl marks, making them less noticeable with each application. That way you aren't removing clear coat with an abrasive down to the bottom of the swirls to get rid of them.

I have had my Z over a year now, washed often but gently with wooly wash mitts, and dried with microfiber Big Blue towel. My paint surface still remains swirl free. How did you get swirl marks?

Zaino Z5 will not remove or hide or fill "serious" swirl marks. It will fill or hide minor marring in the actual Z polish. Check out this pic. These babies are compliments of the dealer who buffed the door to remove some scracthes during the prep for delievery. You dont notice them until the sun hits just right. Now, this door has 7 coats of Z5 on it and the swirls are still there. I have discovered from other detailing sites that the best bet is to strip the Zaino, use a slightly abrasive swirl remover until I get desired results, then through on some Zaino again. Anyway, good luck.

Not smart enough to post my pic. Check it out here. Later.

Stop using 100% Cotton Towels! Order some towels from dftowel.com. Get the "Kit" from Zaino. Follow it to the letter! Apply Z5 until you are satisfied, then move on to Z2.

The main problem with swirls is that most people are their cars worst enemy. They inadvertantly are constantly putting in new swirls. It is a loosing battle even if you are using Zaino Z-5. You have to have a gentle touch, use the best mitts and towels and technique.

"Ditto"! Zaino products are the "Greatest"! However, even using 100% Cotton towels from Cannon or Fieldcrest, while recommended by Zaino, does leave swirls. Within the past 30 days have switched to using nothing by DF Towels from dftowel.com. While expensive, they results are worth it. Also use the "Big Blue" waffle for drying. I would say every 3-4 applications of Z2 include an application of Z5.
