Default Treating exterior trim and window mouldings.

What does everyone use for their exterior trim and window mouldings? I live in FL and the sun and heat are brutal to any black plastic or rubber. I've heard that petrolium based products like Armor All, etc. eventually do more harm than good. The petrol based products begin to dry out the rubber over time. I was wondering if anyone could give me some insight on what they've had success with. Thanks!

For the weatherstripping and seals, a white Lithium grease is recommended. KRYTOX is one brand name, but it is pricey at around $30 a tube.

Don't use it on the hard plastic pieces.

I use 303 Aerospace Protectant on the black plastics and moldings. Gives a natural new look and not that real high shine look.
