Yeah the guys at the auto detailer told me they would try to wet standing it and polish it but they strongly think it would not help either way. You guys think its more practical in buying a CF hood? I'm not really into the whole CF thing though lol..

Take it to a dealership. My aunt had a few wicked scratches on her ford freestar (they were super deep) and we took it to the dealer where she bought it and she was going to have the panel repainted. The body shop looked and it and said eh that will buff right out. So they took a pneumatic wheel and some chemicals which I have no clue what they were and about 15 minutes later you couldn't even tell it got scratched. They didn't even end up charging her, I don't know if you have a dealership near you but it's worth a try if you have extra time.

if clay bay wont do it you could try a hi speed buffer on just those spots... just be sure not to dwell on those spots u will burn the clear.If its all the way into the paint,its too late....when u see bird poop on the paint use micro fiber towel wife it off...spot clean with ph balanced cleaner and repolish th spot
may want to look at a vinyl overlay for the hood(carbon fiber vinyl always looks great on any finish)and makes a great mod and cheaper than paint...hope this helps

You could always wetsand it like stated above but most likely sounds like you gotta get it painted. Junkman has about 9 great videos on how to wet sand.

Yeah the detailers said the stain got too baked and far into the clear coat. Once you can touch and feel the stain, its gone too deep and wet sanding won't get it off. I jus need to save some $$ for the repaint ..
