I just bought a 2006 model with the stock wheels on it, what is the best stuff to clean them up with, I can see lots of brake dust and stuff on the inside and I want to remove the wheels and clean them.
Also, one of the wheels has some curb rash on them, whats the best place to get that fixed?
OP you can also get Meguir's wheel cleaner, but it is fairly expensive and will on last a handful of times. Not worth it in my opinion. Simple Green is cheaper and lasts ALOT longer.

Same here, that and purple power is what I stand by.
I'd take a look at Chemical Guy's wheel cleaners - they're usually last a long time, good pricing, and are quality products.
IMO Chemical Guys have the best car products. I use the car wash, polish and wax. My car has never looked this shiny!
If you are buying Chemical Guys products I suggest buying from detailedimage.com. Great experience with them. Great prices and I will continue to go to them in the future.
For the wheels, I still think Simple Green will do the trick.
