Good detailer
I want to hire a detailer to clean my 350Z because it hasent been waxed in so long because of the lousy weather here in NY. I dont want to do it because its still kind of cold so i want to hire a detailer to do it. What should i look for in a detailer? How can i tell if he will be a good detailer? What should i look for while he cleans my car to make sure he is good? I want to know that i am hiring the right guy. Thanks.

I'd look for a high class detailer. Who has clients with classic cars, ferraris, porsches, etc etc etc. No one is more meticulous than those guys.
Good towels are fieldcrest, cannon, microfiber (not a brand, a type of towel). Ask them on the phone, I'm sure they'll be more than happy to tell you. Ideally I'd find someone who uses Zaino. But I dont know of any detail shops that do.
