Salt and a question
I'm in the Maryland area. I didnt drive my car when there was snow or wet salt. But I did drive it with dry salt present.
If there was A LOT of salt on the car, I would wash it off a few times a week. But it was rare to get a lot of salt on the car (by a lot, i mean when there is so much that it gets on your windshield).
My car has like 4 layers of Zaino on it. Do you think its ok? I plan to do a full wash this weekend. My main concern is the undercarriage of the car. I spray a hose down there whenever it gets salty, but ya never know.
Will I be ok? Or am I doomed?
ps: Whats a good way to clean undercarriage?

It will be fine, around here they do not use plain old salt any longer, it is a chemical of some sort. Even if it was pure old salt, modern cars are much better protected when they are built than cars of old and much of the Z undercarriage I believe is alloy that would not be harmed by the salt anyway. The Zaino will protect the paint, even bare paint with no wax or polish will not be hurt if salt stays on there a few days.
