Brad, I think most of us here in the detail section owe you a bit of graditude. you have provided extremely valuable information and your detailing sessions took alot of effort to actually put in a concise written form.
BTW, I'm not sure if I caught it but where did you pick up all this knowledge?

You'd be suprised how much reading can help you. If you read 52 books on one subject you are considered a world resource.
In detailing, you hear a lot of little debates, then you go out and test each side out, and judge for yourself. Its not rocket science, but youd be suprised how in depth it can get, as with any subject. You learn from other people, then testing their knoledge on your own. Then you may find omething to add to that, or a little tweak here that halped the results. You also have to be interested in the subject, thats key.
