Man, you Zaino guys are killin' me. Meguiar's Final Inspection #34 is less expensive and can be found almost anywhere for $5.95: Napa, Autozone, etc.

A detailer spray is best to use right after you wash to remove a fresh water spot if you have created one in the washing process, if you are a Zaino user this is the Z-6, if you use another brand of car wax or polish buy the kind of detailer spray that is made to work with the given wax or polish.

A toyota camry can be found everywhere and is cheaper, why did you buy the 350Z?

We're talking about a waterspot right after washing a car. It makes no sense to spend $10 and WAIT for delivery when he can save $5 and get it off immediately with a well respected product. Your analogy of Meguiars to a toyota camry is ridiculous.

I have never tried to remove a water spot with a toyota camry, does this work. I imagine the camry is too heavy to lift onto my water spot, is there a certain part of the camry you reccommend using for removing waterspots from my Z?

alot of members simply have used everything else and feel zaino is the best, therefore always recommending zaino. I also recommed it, and if you dont have it, finish using whatever else you have and then order the starter kit. You will no regret it.

Zaino is not sold in any retail stores, only from the home office and from distributors like myself all over the country.

Do you have any kind of detailer spray right now? what I was saying is that any kind of detailer spray would remove a fresh water spot.............

Default A word of advise - Zaino and Hard water spots

I first saw Zaino on this site and gave it a try, yes I am sold on this product as well. However, if you have water spots risk in your area, I would highly suggest you to stay away from Zaino. You will not be able to remove water spots once you have zaino on your car. Period. Z6 does nothing and will not remove any HARD water spots. Do a litle search and you will find some other discussions about hard water spots... Drive safely.

Zaino HQ is just an hour drive for me. I've always wondered if shipping would be cheaper than the tolls/gas to take the drive over.

I think he was referring to some fresh water spots that popped up a a result of his last wash job. If so the detaile spray can gid rid of those.

Hard water spots can happen no matter what kind of wax or polish you use as I used many different kinds of waxes and polishes over the years before I ever heard of Zaino and sometimes had these spots, it depends on the contaminants in rain water and the area of the country you live in.

But most of the time you can remove hard water spots easily with some white vinegar, just rub it on and off the surface and it will take the water spots with it, if this does not work the spots are more than likely actual acid rain damage and has etched the clear coat and in that case you will need to use an abrasive on the surface....

What about using a claybar to remove hard water spots??

My wife's car was loaded with them and I got rid of them with a claybar prior to applying Zaino.

Sometimes a clay bar will work on surface spots, but not etching...
