Default Please Help......i Can"t Get It Off

Ok....I'm in need of some help here. I recently got my car undercoated at the dealer and 5 days later I noticed the tar-like spots splattered all over my passenger side door. WTF!!!
It was extremely hard to notice because my car is black and it was already a little dirty.
After I had it done, I specifically asked them not to wash the car because anyone washing our black cars other than us is pure suicide. I decided to give it a thorough inspection last night for some reason and noticed the over spray. I'll definitely give the dealer a piece of my mind, but I'm sure not going to let them try to take it off themselves and potentially ruin my cars finish. I don't want to go through the stress!!

Any suggestions on how to get it off easily. Its not rock hard, but it definitely doesn't just wipe off. I heard that a water and baking soda mixture might do the trick just by dabbing it on the spots. Is this true???

Please help.....!!!

You can also use WD-40. It won't hurt the paint. Just do small areas then wash it off.

Try Bug and Tar Remover. It will take it right off. Wash the car to remove any of the remaining B&T remover then put a few coats of wax back on and your good to go.
