Will this remove Zaino?
So last weekend I applied 3M Swirl Mark remover and then a coat of Z-5. I would like to apply another coat of the 3M today and then a couple of coats of Z-5. Will applying more 3M remove the Z-5 from last weekend?
Thanks in advance.

Yup, any time you apply an abrasive (3M) over a durable polish or wax (Zaino) it removes it. Remember you are not applying a "coat" of 3M, the 3M swirl remover is an abrasive meant to remove small amounts of clear coat to hide or remove fine scratching, the 3M does not lay down a coat of anything and ALSO after you use the 3M you HAVE to wash the car with Dawn or at least wipe the paint down with some alcohol to remove all the oils from the carrier agents in the 3M so the Zaino will stick as you do not apply Zaino on top of any thing other than bare paint.

Last weekend I washed with Dawn, used the Claybar, washed with Zaino, applied the 3M Swirl Mark remover, sprayed the car down with Z-6 Gloss Enhancer, applied Z-5, then sprayed the car down with Z-6 again.
My process doesn't agree with what you are suggesting, so what should I do to fix it?

3m Swirl Mark Remover is NOT an abrasive polish. It contains solvants and miniral spirits and some oils. However, I still think it would remove zaino, at least partially.

3M has different part numbers for the exact same product that is bottled in pints, quarts, and gallons.
The complete name of the product in question is 3M Pefect It Foam Polishing Pad Glaze Swirl Mark Remover part number 39009, part numbers starting in 3 designate the pint bottles, the same product comes in a quart bottle and the quarts start with the number "5", part number 5999 was the old part number for the same product, the new part number is 5996 as seen in this MSDS sheet http://www.hazard.com/msds/files/brc/brcwk.html
This is the 39009 bottle:
This is the 5996 bottle of the same product:
