Default Ammonia!

You should never use ammonia-containing window cleaners in your car. Ammonia fumes react with the interior plastics to create a haze on the inner window surfaces. It's a nasty cycle.

There are several window cleaners on the market that have no ammonia. Get one. Use it.

Exactly! Also, if you are using Armor All on your dash or anywhere inside the car, it may be causing that haze on your windshield. I use 303 Aerospace Protectant and never have this problem. I use Zaino Z-6 on my glass inside and out and it works great.

Yep. But it works really well on glass too. It cleans, shines very nicely, and it doesn't streak at all. Squirt on and wipe off, just like you would with Windex. An added bonus is that is repells water. In light rain you don't even have to turn on your wipers. The drops just ZIP right off!
