Hi:
Your Zaino kit should have come with instructions on how to apply each product. If not, try the Zaino site:
http://www.zainostore.com
Click on the Application and Tips and Tricks links for info on how to use Zaino.
You can also check out the articles by Dr. Bonz from this site:

Another set of instructions can be found at:

Basically the short and sweet answer to your questions are....
Z5 is for covering swirls and fine scratches. A couple of layers of that should do the trick.
Z2 is the basic product that you put on for shine and protection.
ZFX is the accelerator that you add to Z-2 or Z-5 to quicken the drying/curing time.
Z6 is a spray that you can apply between layers of Z2 or Z5. You can also use it after washing for a touch-up shine.
The Z7 is your car wash.
The claybar is something you should do once at the beginning of the process before you use any of the Zaino products. Wash your car with Dawn detergent to strip the wax and grease from it. Use the claybar per the instructions to remove any dust, watermarks or other imperfections from your paint. Wash the car again then you can start applying Z-5 then Z-2 and Z-6.
Good luck!

No but make sure you are very careful when you do any detailing becuse everyone will eventually get some swirls.
