uh oh. I used silicon protectant...

I think that turtlewax 2001 has silicon and I used this stuff. Just once. But now I am looking at Brads article and am going to switch. Any suggestions abouthow I should switch? Just wash?

Is it the gell in the green bottle?. Aperently thats stuff's ok to use, though i never have. Its fairly shiny, and im not a fan of that look.
