Default Removing warning labels on visors?

What is the best procedure to use in removing the warning restraints label off the visors. I know it's the law, however I don't like the "looks". As everyone knows, the Z only seats 2 people!!!!!

It was tried and pic's posted... It might be best to cover them up with "cover-ups" from: mike3348@adelphia.net. Send him an e-mail and he will send you a return email with pic's and price. You could also go to: www.Zchickz.com and do a search. There you will find many posts with pic's.

Mike's are made with leather or cloth with the "Z" embroidered. YOU choose the color for both. The only thing I would recommend when installing is get some different tape for the back or use cloth glue.

SungNamZ...Thanks for the response. What I'm trying to find out is what is under the label and if the material would be clean, neat looking. I think I just want the visor to be just plain. If not.... I do have a great idea about covering the visor and it will really look cool. I'll let you know later when and if I get the job done myself.

Visor label has to be cut off and wont be clean. It will be very messed up and worse than just have the label on it..

Your only options are to cover them with an overlay or recover the them wth upholdstery material.

but at resale you will have to put them back to stock, as that can have liability implications if the new owner and passenger are not warned of the airbags.

Good luck.

BrickydZ....Thanks, If and when I ever sell I'll just have it in writing about the warning label. Makes sense to me.

You have to ask them specifically for the 350Z visor covers since I don't think they are on the website.

Hey guys thanks for the response...Here's my idea..Going to the fabric shop buying either leather, suede, felt or vinyl. I'm not sure yet!
Buying two "Z" steering wheel inserts from Nissan Parts Dept. That should look really cool...I would glue the "Z" onto the material and then either tape or glue the material insert onto the visor. Or..... buying the side "Z" emblem. With the same DIY process. That might be bulky looking. I'm not sure but the alumn. finish on the outter emblem would compliment the rest of the interior. What do you guys think?
