Default Rim Protection?

Are there any tried and tested to methods to protect the rims from all that brake dust. I'd love a solution that either made the rims less sticky or one that made cleaning the brake dust off easier. Any ideas?

I waxed my rims with Zaino and although it does not eliminate the brake dust it does make it easier to wipe off. I have to wipe off my rims every night which is really starting to annoy me. Hopefully there will be some aftermarket brake pads that come out soon that will help eliminate or reduce this brake dust problem.

I bought this wheel wax from The Tire Rack. I think it works great. It's not cheap @$16, but it should go a long way when you consider the small surface area you are waxing... Now I just dust with a ostrich feather duster a few days a week. The brake dust comes off with very little effort..

Default Wheel Wax

I also tried Wheel Wax from properautocare.com and it is great stuff. Great cleaner and the brake dust washes off the next week with soap and water.
