Default Removing Rain-ex

My dealer graciously included a $995.00 protections package (which of course I refused to pay for or even consider while negotiating) that included an application of some sort of Rain-ex type stuff on the windshield. The problem is that they did a lousy job. It's really streaky. I've tried amonia-based products like Windex to remove it, but no matter how careful I clean it the windshield always looks streaky. Any ideas?

get a microfiber towel. Elite Auto Glass Spray. spray it on, clean scrub. let it start to dry then take a new microfiber that IS dry and wipe off all the excess and go over the windshield one more time while it is dry. and it should come off.
