Default Found Out That Stains Are Under Clearcoat

I went to the dealer today and found out that the stains and marks on my wing that I have been trying to get out since I got it are under the clearcoat. They even tryed everything they could and could not get them out. They said it must have been a crapy paint job underneath and now its starting to show marks under the clear coat. Dam, makes me mad because they said that they will probaly just leave the wing on when they repaint it. That means if they get paint on anything else or mess anything else up on the paint I will be able to go to there ***. Thanks for reading and any suggestions whould help out alot because right now I am so pissed off with nissan for selling me something that I have had to fix things on it three times now.

I'd remove the wing and take it in for them to paint
