Replied via PM. In case anyone else is curious the fan shroud w/ fans dimensions are as follows:
Height - 18.7"
Length - 28.5"
Width - 3.5" (Including fan)
According to Mishimoto (on their site + rep confirmed) this shroud will fit the oem nissan radiator as well as their performance radiator.
