Default Crawford Performance package

I am considering having CRAWFORD install their performance package (Plenum, Headers, and Hi-flo cats). Has anyone had this done? What HP/torque gain can be expected. What reasonable times can I expect this package to get me in the 1/8th mile drags (My current best run was a 9.1 with just a JWT popcharger), or 1/4 mile times.

I think the gains here will benefit the 2nd 1/2 of the 1/4 mile more than the 1st. I think to gain alot on 1/8 is more related to traction and gearing... but I think 8.9 would be a good goal that is what I get when I am running 13.7-13.8 eta's on the 1/4 mile. I am interested to see your results, do post

For 1/8 mile, like somebody already said, its not really about your mods, unless one of your mods is DR's or slicks. YOU are the biggest factor in 1/8 times-your launch and your shifting. Ive hit 8.8X stock, so if your hitting 9.1 you need to practice. You could throw on the Crawford package and not see any benefit in the 1/8, its really up to you. Id say with that package in the 1/4 expect to drop at least .1 and gain 1 mph, its really hard to say sooo many variables involved. Its ricer math to say well my plenum gave me this, my headers did this, it makes no sense. Put the stuff on, and go to the track. Good luck.
