Default How strong is the stock Z rear?

I'm considering trying out slicks since we have the same bolt pattern as Mustangs and they'd be easy to get. By the time I get the slicks on, I should have TS headers, JWT Popcharger, Megan TP's, AAM Plenum Spacer and hopefully some form of y-pipe installed. Do you guys feel the stock rear (3.23's I'm an auto) will be able to take the slicks well? I aspire to make some of the best bolt on only numbers

The stock driveshaft and rear end are good to around 700whp, the axles are the only thing you'd have to worry about, but since your an auto you won't have to worry AT ALL...nearly no "shock" to the drivetrain launching an auto trans car on slicks. Shock is what breaks stuff. I broke an axle over the weekend on slicks...but I have a 6mt with an upgraded clutch which I accidentally sidestepped @ 5 grand...

Thanks, that's the answer I was hoping for, I'm going to give slicks/skinnies a shot next week.
