Here are a couple of my runs, notice the 60ft in the 2nd run. Im about 95% sure i would of run 11's in the 1/4 if it weren't for the computer mishap at the track. They had to reboot the tree after we did our burn out. Then we waited at the tree for about a min. I asked to do another burn out and when I tried I couldn't, the tires were sticky. SO when i got into 2nd on the later run I burned through 2nd and 3rd.

Nice times, I am sure you will get there. I just hope I can get as close to your times when I go. Good runs!

Does Sacramento have a website. I want to go there because there are no eliminations and the Track is faster than Infineon's. I believe its about the same distance too.

Nice times. I am just getting into going to the 1/4 mile and I am way off on the launch, any tips? Do you use drag radials, how do you launch?

I run the BF goodrich drag t/a's at 15psi, heat up the tires really good and launch between 5k and 5500rpms. I release the clutch just before it goes and just slip the clutch then when it hooks I go WOT and thats about it.

HAHAHAH, I just noticed, thx. Nice save I'll fix it.

Bigbri, I think it might be possible but the whole thing is getting out of the hole and getting that launch. I don't think street tires have that stick to do it. Unless you have like 700whp like a supra did there. But if you use 19" drag radials, yeah it will happen, I use 18's and im just about there.

Bruce Friday evenings is Test and Tune at Sacramento Raceway. You want to use the right lane. If you go on Friday night you can get as many runs at you need. It costs a bit more but there is no waiting. Let me know I'll be glad to take the Motor home up along with tools, air and whatever you might want. Wednesday nights are a lot worse than what we saw at Infineon this past week. They only have like 5 Lanes up there and generally there are over 250 cars. At least that has been my experience. That means you’re lucky to get 3-4 runs.

It is a bit farther. For example: From ZCarGarage to Infineon = 76.7 miles. From ZCarGarage to Sacramento Raceway = 120.6 miles

Do It ! Do It !

That would be bad if we can get all the f/i'd Z's and G's to go. Its impressive when a lot of us show up, it blows peoples minds.

Another question. Do you have suspension mods? If so and adjustable what do you set it at?

1000--10.154
