Sure, no problem.

From what Ranger posted he has run 11.3 at 3 different tracks now so it isn't a fluke from what I can tell.

Jam, I believe you about the torque managment killing possible times. But several of the links I posted, along with a few from corvetteforums.com discuss the detrimental effect high IAT temps have on LS7 dyno numbers.

It may not have much effect at the track, I was talking more about dyno numbers. Either way: stock, tuned, blown or boosted, the Ls7 is a monster.

OK. The bottom line is a stock car is just that....stock.

It's not:

- "just" on a Drag Radial
- "just" with a tune
- "just" an air filter
- "just" _________ (fill in the blank).

It's obvious that tuning the TM out of the factory tune will increase it's performance in the 1/4 mile. At that point the car is no longer stock. It helped my WS6 perform better and it also makes a world of difference on the new Stangs. If Chevy had a switch in the car that defeated TM, then you'd have an argument.

Stock is the way the car is delivered by Chevrolet, period.
