Default Racing Insurance

maybe this can be made into a Sticky...

For those that drag race at the track a lot and are worried about the lack of insurance coverage I have found this insurance company.

Your car is insured from the moment you enter the water box until you enter the return lane.

Due to me hitting the wall back in January I have decided that this is a must for me in order to continue racing. Most racing insurances will only cover 100% race cars and not the daily driver taken to the track. This one handles all my needs.
I insured my Z for $55k due to all my mods and it came out to $900 per year with a $2500 deductible. There are different options but I believe it to be well worth it for me since I usually go about once a week to the tracks

you have to be a NHRA member and it only applies to NHRA events or tracks.

Rule number one of racing: Never race a car that you can't afford to push off a cliff.

Wow, that being said, with that high quality professional website I'd clammor to give them my money. I mean, there's no such thing as fly by night insurance companys that take peoples money and run. I'm sure they have a long standing reputation as a company that has been around for a long time as well. **sarcasim off**

actually they do have a very good reputation.

This is not for everyone as I stated above, but some people might find this helpful.
