On those, rev to 5000-5500. Hold clutch at engagement point, very minor e-brake if the car creeps. Not loading the clutch though, critical here.

When the 3rd yellow light comes on (sometimes sooner, depending if I'm going for a good R/T or not) I start letting the clutch out. Enough so the car is making a slow roll to speed, keep letting it out. Once the RPM's start to fall (note I haven't really given any more gas) I slowly increase to full throttle. This usually happens in the first 20-30 feet. If there is any tire spin I lift a hair and let the motor catch and bog, usually resulting in a 2.10ish 60'.

The hardest thing is walking the line between spinning and bogging.
