Turbos on the old 300zx made sense because the skyline was not sold in North America. But with the GT-R coming I dont see the Gs or Zs getting a turbo anytime soon. Rather, I see them staying NA and getting the 350 HP 3.8L instead. Should be plenty. Just look at how well the HR performs already.

well guys i dont like to talk about street racing but i had to tell u guys the news. today and a cruse me and my buddys went on from rx8 club i got to race a 06 evo9 rs with arc intake and cat back exhaust with my stock 07 base 6speed. we went from 60 to 120. at the start we both took off and stay even untill i started pulling away by a car up to the end of 3rd gear when i shifted to 4th the evo gained the half car back and i stayed a half car infront of him all the way till 120. it feeels great and a stock 07 beat a evo9 rs with intake exhaust. just gives props to nissan for making the new 07 z a fast toy. sorry to talk about this street racing but i figure it be good info to know to see how the 07 z would do against another fast car

I live in Arizona. I run when I can run, weather conditions usually not permitting. Still yet to hit 13's hopefully with the new clutch/flywheel and larger tires...I wish I could run in NJ just to see what it would be like with good weather conditions.

Nonetheless impressive time OP, I dream for a mid 13 without boost

So it was a close race. I thought the 07 Zs were going to be quicker than that.

Well I was on a 'closed course' today and found this guy in a GTO w/ some racing stickers on the side :-) (dunno what he had for mods, just saw stickers, didnt see him from behind) from a roll 40-80ish and I pulled about a car on him. It was in the rain though, so I am guessing he was spinning.

^ with a TUNE and AWD launch from a DIG...the evo he ran he didn't mention a tune, and the race was from a roll which is more than likely why he won. nonetheless that is a good kill for the HR Z

I finally broke her in enough to go WOT for the first time. I'm not sure this car isn't a little quicker than my modified 2004 was.

I predict 105+ stock traps, maybe over 106.

I'll get to the track as soon as I can.

JWT pop charger, AAM angled spacer, Helix test pipes, Borla True Dual exhaust, and Nismo FW.

She ran a 13.01 with DR's and 13.2 with street tires.

What does that mean? You're sure your car was quicker than your old one or you're not sure if it is quicker?

He thinks the '07 is a little quicker than the '06 with mods.
