The Grammar,expressions and terminoligy used in post 19 is not by a lawyer..Its Phlil paying his games..No real self respecting lawyer would post on this forum and say "Stop talking smack and take it to the track" If he did, where did he get his degree, in a cereal box..

Secondly..Phil, and "his lawyer"

Can only "assume" who is making these posts on line...This could be Julian,his wife,his dog,his empoyes,his neighbor..Or my cat stealing my internetz.. So good luck with that one..

Third, if this really IS Phil's lawyer..What a sad day this is, that Phil need to resort to that form of COP out after starting a thread about our "Grudge match"
However you "Client" has put me in "imminent fear of death" due to several references,comments and threats he has made to me recently and in the past..In fact Phil as given reference to me that he is a member of an "organised crime" family, and would have me "Whacked"..
Whats your legal view on this?

Now all I want to know, is
1) What time Friday
2) the name brand and size of rear tires you plan on running
3)best out of 3???

Answer to question #2: Nitto NT-01 DOT R compound tires 18/315
Not a drag radial...its a stiff wall circuit course tire, with stiff **** sidewalls.

It's a DOT approved race tire. I think Philthy mentioned the tire choice in the other thread...he mentioned the R-compounds. He is OK if you use Drag Radials, but doesnt want to run with slicks.
