I didn't want to hi-jack Shifty's thread. I was at the same event. Does my K&N drop in filter push my out of the stock category? Here is my best time - I noticed there are only 24 people listed in the stock category.

I would let you slide with an air filter. After all, your time is verified, and you are bumping no one from the Top-25. Are you running OEM tires?

 

Yes. Stock RE040 w/ 16k miles (a few more miles and they will look like slicks )
