NICE! That is sick given the cold temps and street tires man! Thats one strong running G and good driving...trap is good for 11's with DR's or slicks!

Nice #'s I think I saw you that night. Were you the one in the black g35 with the vortech? I only saw one of your runs then I just stayed in my car and waited the good 3 hours before my first run

 

Yeah that was me, thats the only thing i don't like about Capitol it's almost impossible to get more than two or three runs on fri night test and tune,and god forbid they have an OPS shootout.

 

I'll try aiming for 11.9 i don't think i 've seen any vortech break into the 11's on this forum if there is i stand corrected.

Not yet man... My 12.1 is the best so far, but there are cars making more power, but no times. If i would have kept the blower, i would have gotten it. Best trap for it was 116.8 on 9psi.

when my friend gets his 240z back running well again, we're talking about hitting the drag strip now that it's not 105 degrees at night. I'm not the greatest driver or anything though

 

What type of DR's did you have your best results with or what would you recommend?

firebird isn't exactly the fastest track though so I know compared to the times on this site, I'll probably be let down

 

i was on some bfg 255/50/16 on some old 300zx wheels that a friend let me borrow... I used them right after i did the install, later i got a 12.2 on 245 street tires after practicing alot. Those last few tenths are the hardest to get. You're going to need a 1.6 60ft to achieve it man.
