#1 Reading comprehension owns you. HE asked for a STOCK Z!

#2 Greddy TT 400whp with an 8.4---> I did that with 260whp NA. Power is nothing without traction.

OP-Id say 9.0 or lower is respectable. I did 8.8 @ 78-79mph bone stock.

LOL. Yep, wasn't paying attention.

I run 275/40/18's, and I know I suck at racing, but I am trying...

three degrees to boot as well. An ***, bus, and masters, oh well, Kindling, I suppose.

Don't know of any to be honest in TN. And Brainerd drag strip is just terrible, kind of getting into the autocrossing scene, because of the lack of locations.

Any driving schools that you recommend?

Experience Always worked for me, it took me 2 months of test and tune every Friday (with nobody teaching me $hit) when I started drag racing to drop .4 in the 1/4 in my car at that time, Im still setting goals for myself 8 years later

I don’t know. I don’t stop at 1/8 mile. I go all the way to the finish line.

It's not easy to get 1/8 mile times below 9.0 in a stock Z.
I'd say a great 1/8 mile time is anything below 9.0.
But on average the car does low 9s.

I've squeezed a few 8.5's out.

The HR really shows its gains between the 330 and 660 marks.
