sorry darren, you might have to retract your statements for a bit on the world records. haha
i have ran one 10.8 and probably 10 10.9s all on the stock tranny with a slipping clutch. vinny ten went 10.4 on the stock tranny.
i am trying to dig up some time slips.
here are three of them. we also have beat that 60' on the stock tranny as well. i have a 1.53 60 and AJ has a 1.57 on stock motor, i was on a 70 shot launching and AJ no nitrous at all.
AJ also went 11.06 on stock block on the six speed tranny. here are some slips...
haha, just wanted to bring that up, we still love ya darren... GREAT driving though and i am sure the car is soo much fun!

Jeremy, thanks for your post -- great times btw! You should really post them to Aceman in the 1/4 mile thread. My thread title was based upon that thread (as it's the only "verified" thread for 1/4 mile in this community). I foresee mid-tens from the G in less than 36 hours tho..

we have a bunch of builds about to be done. we have all kinds of stuff.
well we couldnt leave my greddy twin turbo times on the twin turbo section cause i would have 3 and 4 taken and it would bring up some questions.
hahaha its all fun man and i wish you the best of luck. be safe and set us up some new records to break here soon.

Jeremy,
Yes, it is all fun
The G will go 9's with this production PowerLab GT37r kit on it, at 3600lbs, stock trans, no nitrous -- then drive home w/ the A/C on! I don't want to put the horse before the cart tho, so I'll let the #s speak for themselves.

Good times and all but not too impressive...
I ran 11.2 w/ 1.59 60' with 400whp, stock block and internals with original stock clutch.
That being said, you guys have the fastest running 6mt that I know of so congrats!
Maybe if PF has some time they can get me some more power so I can be the first stock block(internals) to hit 10's in the state.
I've been lazy lately... No excuses... Well, beside my first born is kicking my *** right now... Tough job!

11.00@ makes it the quickest and fastest G35 coupe.
We agree that it's not impressive, and will keep going out until it goes 9.9x's -- shouldn't be much longer. Also, our car is full weight, at 3600lbs. We could quite easily take weight out and get better times, or put the power plant into a Z which weighs 200+ lbs less and attain a better number. Conversely, Saad's Intense/ProEFI sponsored 8.97 Supra at 3600lbs could improve more with a diet, but we like our creature comforts.
Until then, we have an "unimpressive" world's quickest, fastest G35 coupe at 11.00..
