Goddamn. I was hoping when he'd run a decent time with the TH400. His previous time out wasn't all that great. I'm glad he's stepped it up, though. What does his dyno graph look like? That's definitely a 9 sec car - go for the single digits!
Also, I think Julian's car qualifies more so to be a street car, more so than the bldrz's and Jeremy's.
edit - I'd love to see a video of that run and other runs from that night. BTW, what were his other runs like? He should go to Atco next time and see how deep into the 9s he can get.

Julian gave me a ride in it the other day when i picked up my car so he could show me the FCON in action. He was laying gigantic strips of rubber everywhere! Pretty cool setup and tranny....I guess it is still streetable since we went out wthout issue, but i don't know if it is DOT-approved
Very nice times!
BTW, I have made a few 100-200+ mile treks with the TH400 in my 240z. It drives like a normal auto around town or the highway (put it in drive and go), but manually shift it at the track.
Again, kudos on the times !!

Romey....Julian has to have a better vid than that showing the whole run down the track along with the et/mph. If in fact he almost ran a 9 sec pass, I would be p!ssed if that was the only vid I had. Tell Julian to cough it up(better vid)
Car does sound good though and the guy driving the Z looked awfully small to be Julian. Has he shrunk !!!!
