The 60' on that run was a 1.963 .... I was trying to get down the track fast so I could get back to the kitchen. lol
Yeah.. she's probably made about 150 runs down the track. I have about 15,000 miles on her now.
They put the new tranny in and she's running great!!!

... hooking up the Zex kit within the next 2 weeks. CANT WAIT!

 

Glad to hear the dealership took care of you. Same place gave me my warranty tranny when I got the infamous 3rd gear grind. And I had the after market clutch install.

You're going to love taken the Z down the track with the N20 Is it hush hush or are you going to tell us how big of a shot??

 

i think i'll start with 100 and see what happens. might have to biuld the **** up and go with a 150 if im not happy with it

 

Once you get the feel for the 100 shot, I predict you'll run a 12.2 at around 110mph.. Thank god you don't race like a "girl"

 

Unless she's launching on slicks or the track is short, I don't see a low 12 at 110mph. Plus, on street tires, when the nitrous kicks in, bye bye traction in 1st and 2nd gear.

 

She's pretty serious about racing..she'll probably be on DR's

 

I'l definitley be on DR's - I think i'll be trapping higher than 110 though- My highest trap thus far was 108.xx i better pick up more than 2mph with the zex or it's coming off!!

 

That's about how much I trapped with my 50 shot (but in the dead heat of TX summer)!

I take back what I said previously. I wouldn't be surprised if she does hit low 12s. Do keep us updated, please!

nice to hear that its all fixed up, we will have to try and get to mason soon enough...especially now that you will be spraying... I am thinking within the next 2 weeks ( i have no idea when they close for the season)
