I've been many times before in my previous cars (Mustangs/Cobras), but never in the Z. Now, I realize its just a crappy 1/8 mile, but when the 1/4 is over 2 hours away and you have work the next day, well you settle for what you can get.

Mods include: Turbo XS exhaust, Top Speed headers, MD 5/16 spacer, K&N. 2003 Touring.

The next run was my best of the night, see top.

All in all, a fun night. Held up my end of the trash talking between me and my friend with the Mach 1. There was another Z there running 9.4s, but I have no idea of its mods, if any.

 

I compete in 1/8th mile bracket racing, and dial-in 8.80 seconds. With practice you will run 8.80 seconds also.

 

I know it has more in it, I just need to find the sweet spot to launch.
