My two local Uprev tuners according the their site are GRD and AMS, GRD seems to have pulled all the Uprev stuff off their site. They many do audi and euro cars now. AMS has them listed but they are the world famous EVO tuning guys. Not big on VQ.

Both of them dont reply to emails and are pretty below average on phone calls.
