theyre putting a new one on. I dont know how much its going to be yet, its my buddies dads shop so theyll hook me up they have before. They have some other stuff to do aswell like replace the side skirt and a front fender that buckled later on after i wrecked it from backing up. And there is a dent in the door from the door handle popping out.

I decided to make a playist on youtube today of my first year drifting. Most of the videos i have on it are not my best run of each event, but either the best one on video or the only video i had at all. And the beginning is some on the streets fun on a mountain road before the season got started. The videos are in order from the beginning of the year to the end.

I picked up a fd legal caged shell for $1000. And I still have a payment on the z, so I feel a little better if I smash an s13 that own with no payment.

Im on the same boat and i thought of going that route myself but its alot more money..

rather fix the Z than catching up on building a good built s13..

at 6:43 they put that cone in my line every event, i usually just brush it with the bumber and tip it over if someone else doesnt beat me to it but this event i just ran it down. lol
7:25 i started to straighten up because i was out of gear. so i shifted to third and threw it back out and blew a tire right after i think you can actually hear it blow.

thanks. I didnt make it just posted it here.

i didnt have an fd as an option but the cage in the 240 is fd/xdc legal and thats the route im going. its not pretty looking on the outside but it doesnt really need to be, i dont want to have to worry about beating up the body on it. Im going to be picking up a 300whp pretty much turn key rb20 setup for it soon.

edit, yea the tire wear is horrible especially with the whole rear alignment being out of wack from my little crash.

Here are some pictures and a video my friend made of some drifting in some very secluded roads in the middle of nowhere. Literally nowhere. I dont go and act stupid where i could risk someone elses life. Ive never drifted on a track because its pretty far to do so from around here.

I also went with a caged s13 for the next drift season. I'm in the same boat as 350hr, I still make payments on the z and felt like I would never push myself to the limit that I need to to get better. So I got a s13. But as ktran mentioned its expensive getting it drift ready. I will prob have close to 8k n the drift car when it's all said and done but it could b alot worst.
