Default 10 dollar drift event!!!!!!!!! 11/7/2010 MW, TX drift event

This says it all I think. *10 dollars to drift in November. *If you are broke, just want to try drifting out, whatever it may be, this is the event for you. *It doesn't get much cheaper than this. *

Everything is like it always is for the most part other than the price. *Show up around 9 am. *Drivers meeting at 9:30 am. *

Bring a helmet to wear if you are driving or want to ride along in a car. *

All cars must pass a basic safety inspection which includes a battery tie down, lug nuts, nothing scary or broken on the car, seat belts, etc.

TEN DOLLARS PEOPLE. *COME DRIFT!!!

learn something and have fun even if you aren't a drifter! it is extremely fun no matter who you are. at least ride along in peoples cars on track. bring a helmet if you have one.

Another month, another Mineral Wells drift event for FM! This month was our 10 dollar month, and was fairly well attended. We had a good bunch of drivers out there playing around, and I had a relaxing day after setting up and helping drivers out. I got to play with my new hobby, photography! I’m shooting on full auto on an older camera, so bear with me. Some interesting little side notes, we had a few new cars out at MW that had never been there before playing, and a bunch of cars that have been there before. This should be the last event Aaren ( not me ) brings his Mustang to an event without modified knuckles! Kyle in the V8 S13 told me he will be putting a cage in his car shortly to run the series next year, and Ross brought out his new S13 with an SR in it. Ameen’s Cressida returns for its second month of playing out at MW with it’s new owner, and he seems to be enjoying drifting quite a bit.

We didn’t get to see much tandem at this event though, and I would really like to help our drivers progress into more tandem driving. If anyone would like any help with this, just ask me and I will sit down with you guys and teach you anything I can. We will probably have a classroom tandem session coming up very soon to cover this. Anyways, I had a great time, thanks for coming out everyone!
