Who is NISMO 1 ?

Spotted this sweet Z on Dundas near hwy 403 today. It was silver (I think) with decals all over it and license plate NISMO 1. Just wondering who it was and is it a dealer's Nismo show car.

I drive a silver Z, my plates are not NISMO 1
my plates are GOTNISMO, mabey it was me
