Has anyone bought a rear lip spoiler from the Canadian Tire Specialty catalogue? Can you comment on it - appearance/quality, method of attachment, fit etc.?

 

I got mine from national automotive customizes (in Markham). Great deal and I love the clean look.

Yes both CT and National Automotive Customizers are! CT quoted $203 Can. plus paint and install. National quoted $500 plus change for painted and installed.

 

if you're getting the OEM type spoiler for $500, why not just get it from a Nissan dealership? they come prepainted and you even get new hatch dampers for the added weight.

 

I got a quote from local Nissan Dealer -- CDN$ 645 !!
Performance Niisan in Cali sells for about US$ 375 factory paint matched.

 

My dealer quoted $600 for the spoiler plus paint and install - there are a host of much better deals out there - just a matter of determining which is the best one.

 

No problem at all. I was super happy with their work (National) and the product was excellent both in terms of price and quality. FYI...my local Nissan dealer (where I bought my Z new + 2 other Pathfinders in the past *cough*) wanted close to a thousand for it. I won't name the dealership but it's "in the area...lol"

Ps. That is what national quoted me. Good deal and decision.

 

I will have my silverstone oem spoiler for sale soon - my car is in storage right now and I won't have time till about March/April to get at it
