Also, it looks like the speaker grills are different than mine?? Is that just the angle the picture is taken from? It almost looks like theres not wholes thru the entire grill

 

If you ever visit the audio section of this site, you'll know that this is the way they come from the factory.
There is a DIY for removing the centers and recovering with speaker cloth -- I did it on my Z and it made a difference.
