Thanks all for the help!

The GM finally called me this morning after I mailed the complain letter to nissan canada. The only thing they can offer me is if they found the car, they can guarantee all aftermarket parts which were on my car before will be covered by nissan if insurance dont cover it. BUT only if the car is found.

I did question him about the camera. He said the cameras only face to the new car parking lot, not the inside lot.

Thanks
Matt

Those are different rims that Stav is selling...Stav is selling the TE37, the one Gooleung has are LE37..it comes with a polish lip while the TE is a one piece forged look.

Its just an coincident i guess.

Thanks for the post

Offset and size is the same except the colour. Mine was gunmetal LEs and he is selling gunmetal TEs, so I dont think is the same set of rims.

Well gooleung, you can ask the police for the camera clips since I cannot believe they don't have the camera in the back parking lot man..its ridiculus. The Police has the right to see all camera clips not us...maybe he didn't tell you the truth while he doesn't have to but they cannot lie to the cops.

They only cover your aftermarket parts if the car is found? How the hell they will know what is missing, as the person stole it would take them all off...they set this up on their own advantage..you really need to claim on their insurrance not yours ...

Sorry to hear about your car. A friend of mine worked at Lexus/Toyota on eglinton and warden and he heard that someone stole a customer's Lexus SUV. From what he told me, since it was under the deaelrships care they were responsible for getting that customer a new car. It's pretty lame that Nissan won't do the same thing, it is their fault for losing it. You gave them the responsibility of taking care of your car and they should own up to their mistake.

+1 They were 100% responsible for that car the moment they took the keys from you. I can't imagine that they dont have insurance to cover this kind of thing.

Im sure they have insurance to cover this kinda stuff but because they try to avoid taking any loss on margin/profit... they will make up as many excuses as possible, until the last possible moment... most likely to happen if you have a good lawyer. But I hope it works out for ya man, good luck!

Sorry for the confusion guys. Yes, I am in the process of claiming nissan's insurance now. I am still waiting for the answer from my insurance broker since they are the one who claim the otherside.

Thanks ALL

Matt

Sorry to hear, that is talent. The wheels I have for sale were bought here and is the only reason I took them back as I knew where and in what condition. There are only 2 sets of this colour in Canada and I bought and sold them both.

Good luck, Stav
