My Z just got stolen last week and if someone see my car or parts off my car, PLEASE contact the police as the car was reported stolen already.
Here is the info of my car: https://my350z.com/forum/media-share/266080-anyone-here-own-this.html

This is why I never let my car outta my sight if I don`t have my keys on me.I would be major anxious if I had to leave it overnight for body work..... Every NISSAN dealership that I`ve ever been to, has video surveillance.
I guess my next call woulda been to my lawyer .... after the Tactical squad pulled my A$$ off the manager

Wtf!
Holy SHeet!,
Matthew
WtF did morningside nissan have to say? The thieves must have either flatbedded your ride or had keys cut...
I would question morningsides integrity...
I will keep my eyes out bro, such a beautiful Z...
That pisses me off
MORNINGSIDE NISSAN, IF YOU SEE THIS I HOPE YOU GET TO THE BOTTOM OF IT. AS AN INCIDENT LIKE THIS CASTS A DARK SHADOW ON YOUR REPUTATION.

just so everyone's up to speed without going to that thread:
It's pure bull that anyone is able to just walk into the garage and take the keys without anyone noticing...the dealership's gotta be responsible for this kind of gross negligence. I'd try to talk to a lawyer and see if you can sue for damages!

I am so pissed right now I did send a complain letter to Nissan Canada but I dont know what I can do next. Any help will be appreciated.

Saw the sale thread. It sounded kind of suspicious. If I were you, I would definitely check into it. And I would also check with your lawyer as well to see what options you have. The dealership is definitely responsible for the car. The manager refused to speak to you? WTF?? The first person who should speak to you should be the general manager. I think he knew what was up, and just trying to escape responsibility. Sue his ***!!!

If the guy is stupid enough to sell those rims on this forum, he/she is really an idiot...Gooleung, did you go back to the dealer and check the camera they have? I would go with the police and check that...and which dealer is it? we should not go to that dealer anymore. Really sorry to hear this...but now you can get an 07 buddy!

dixon, it's morningside nissan.
and it's complet bs that there's nothing they can do. I'm sure they have insurance for the dealership...and everything on the premises....
