Default Car Carrier from Canada to US?

Does anyone know of a reputable car carrier that will pick in Toronto and drive to Maryland for some work?

Thanks in advance.

Damn that sucks big time. Were you winning before it blew? What do you think caused the blowout?

We were just talking about getting our engines built a couple weeks ago so I guess you beat me to the punch but it's not the way you would like I'm sure.

I'm interested on how this all works out for you so can you send us details and update on your plans so we can follow?

Thanks
Dave

Ya - I was running stock internals with a Greddy TT. I am running just under 10lbs boost. I overboosted and was at 15lbs for a good 5-6 seconds at WOT. The motor didn't like that and decided to shut down .

you're in KW, right? Have seen your car before, looks scary as hell with the intercooler peering out. Good luck with the car.

Ya - KW represents!! Thanks for the comments. Hopefully all goes well and we can squeeze a little more HP out of the VQ!

Dave - will do regarding the details. Still trying to organzie a car carrier at the moment and deal with all of the over the border hassles.

The M3 merged on ahead of me on 86Hwy. I wanted a little fun so I accelerated to get up beside him. He saw me in his rear view as I approached and he hammered it. I puched it and when the twins spooled up I was pulling on him hard. Hard until I felt a vibration and the car shut down. Looked over at the Profec E01 and saw 15lbs of boost at WOT for a good 5-6secs. Not sure why it happened although I was seeing boost creep over the previous couple of weeks. We will have to trouble shoot and figure out why it happened.

Ya - Johnny is swamped and Ryan is 'out of commission' for a while. The guys at AAM can turn the build around in 3-4 weeks for the complete Stage 3 rebuild (Sleeved). I have dealt with AAM a few times and the experience has always been positive.

^I would seriously reconsider sending it to AAM, they have had some major issues lately..

Search in the FI forum or Mid A section for more info.

Bump'n for an update as well.

UPDATE:

Hey guys! I got the car back last week. Overall it took about 6 weeks to send the car down to Mike and the AAM crew in Maryland, tear the motor down, Stage 2 sleeved block, rebuild, tune, get it back on a truck, get it through customs and back into my hands.

I can only comment on my experiences with AAM. This is the second time my car has been at AAM and I have had positive experience both times. I dealt with Clinton, Jay, John, Will and Mike and they always returned my calls, kept me up to date with pictures of the build. Frank is a master with the VQ!

The car is back and is running great! 500whp and 470tq and Mike may be coming up to Toronto in November to perform some more final tuning since we did a last minute HKS FCon install.

I entered the car at the final CSCS event this weekend and took 1st place for best Infiniti!

I'll keep you posted on what kind of numbers we pull later this year.
