As for where I got it, just contact http://www.iaimports.com/eng/index.html and ask for a dealer near you. They are a Canadian-base company out of Edmonton, they are the Distributor for Seibon Canada.
I'm neutral when it comes to their shipping since the first hood that got sent to me was damaged and I believe it was due to their packaging. The second one came in perfect condition, but only because the packaging was a lot better then last time. Their customer service were pretty good, felt like talking to a mom and pop shop, as in they knew you and you weren't just a number.
EDIT: Forgot to mention that it doesn't matter which dealer you go with near you, the hood still gets shipped out of Edmonton using Purolator.
Also, this is the process they go through: The hoods are shipped from Japan to the US, then it goes to Edmonton. There they take out all the hoods from the container and do a once over to see if they arrived okay. Then they package it up in their own Seibon box with their own method of packaging and then shipped to you. So there is no excuse about the damage it might have gotten traveling across the Pacific.

Thats the same hood I want to put on my car as well.
I intended to paint it black, but I didnt consider leaving the vent areas...thats an interesting idea that I think would look pretty damn sexy.
Does it come with the hood pins? I would rather not have them.
