Ahh, I C...

So how was the fitment?.. did you have to use a breaker bar?
And do the brackets fit nice?...

Edit: The studs are a pita, arent they...

3rd day of purdy sunshine now, you're right Church the season is coming, its just a matter of time now, within a few weeks I should apply for my 15K loan and I saved up enough cash to cover my 25K budget.

Searching for a black 05, and there are a few out there, and they keep poping up, once crunch time comes Im confident something nice will pop up for the taking

cant wait

I agree with Mike Im a DIY type of guy too, I rather spend x2 the time and do it right rather than pay some guy that doesnt care about my car to do a hack job.

depending on what the job is, I have done body work and paint and let me tell you I now know why they charge so much... I dont ever want to do that again

Just make sure you have it inspected like 4 times..
An '05, even if it is a US vehicle, at that price point.. well you get where I am going..

That would only be a concern if you were leaving your z with a hack..
I would not trust some "joe" off the street with my Z...
I need references and qc history before I will let anyone work on my car. And i dont think that I would be able to complete this without causing damage to the paint..I just dont have the experience..

That fender rolling looks simple enough to me, just go slow.

I have done body work before. (my Pinto was a rust bucket) Changed a clutch and flywheel, many exhuast in the day, breaks and stuff like that. With the family life its just to busy to work on the car much.

Church

No I was not putting on the cats LOL. I will take that in. To much trouble to jack it up in this weather and stuff. It will be worth the 1 hour rate to have the shop do it.

We all need a nice garage with a lift to play with our cars.
Lets get Mike to buy one when he gets his new house and we can all go over and use it. hahaha
