Yep, by looking at his youtube profile, then looking at his homepage, looks like he's a Mr Errol Stussi of Toronto Ontario Canada....

^I saw that, I was cracking up! The manager/franchise owner must be a total **** retard. I mean, I'm pretty sure they've dropped more Timbits in one hour and had to dispose it, what difference does it make to give away ONE 16 cents?

Ok, I know this is a minor issue, but there might be a history here. A bad employee is a bad employee. I don't care what their demographic background is. This may have been the last straw for this woman.
Also, People are so addicted to Tim Horton's i's ridiculous. They could have chopped the woman's hand off and people would still be in line every morning.
