horizontal root fracture with failed endodontic treatment combined with periapical rarifaction due to a periapical granuloma combined with abcess formation with draining fistula to the palate = extraction of root fragments with currettage of diseased bone with BIO OS bone graft placement with guided tissue regeneration membrane with immediate partial denture delivery and implant placement once healing is complete in 6 months. llallalalala

hehe in school when they would talk about GTR ( Guided Tissue Regeneration)membranes I would be like . "heh heh, that's cool. heh heh GTR membranes. hehe yeah"
