Vr4 supposed to be my winter beater, but i only use it when there's not alot of snow. Its awd so it holds grip in light snow.

They don't check. That's why on any car of low value, I don't pay. I paid like 6K of taxes on the G, which imo should cover me for life. Not only that, the tax on that car has been paid when it was bought new. Asking for tax everytime it changes owners is ridiculous.
